Hi, I'm Emily Dillon, a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre and Postnatal Fitness Coach, and Menopause Fitness Specialist. My passion for health, fitness, and wellness has been a driving force for me for years. After becoming a mother to twins, my perspective on fitness changed, inspiring me to help women and mothers on their wellness journey. I've been working as a personal trainer for the past 5 years, and I understand the challenges of balancing family, career, and fitness.
I offer a range of fitness services for women, with a particular focus on supporting women aged 35 and above through the many stages of life.
