Group Training
Small Group Fitness Classes provide a supportive and motivating environment where you can work toward your fitness goals alongside others on a similar journey. Combining the energy and accountability of a group setting with the benefits of personalized coaching, these classes are designed to help you feel confident, challenged, and supported every step of the way.
Our Women’s 35+ training group — Strength for Life — is specifically designed to support the changing needs of women through midlife, peri-menopause, menopause, and beyond. These classes focus on building strength, improving mobility, supporting bone and pelvic health, increasing energy, and helping women maintain confidence and resilience through every stage of life. Workouts are tailored to meet you where you are, with modifications and progressions available for all fitness levels.
With small class sizes, you’ll receive personalized attention, expert coaching, and encouragement in a welcoming community atmosphere that makes fitness both effective and enjoyable.
