Postnatal Strength & Recovery Program 

This 6-week postnatal fitness program is designed specifically for moms in their first year postpartum. Each class focuses on breathing, recovery, posture, alignment, and progressive strength training in a safe, supportive environment.

Whether you’re returning to movement for the first time or easing back into strength training, this program meets you where you are — without pressure, judgment, or expectations.

 

Babies are welcome.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Diaphragmatic breathing & core recovery

  • Pelvic floor awareness and coordination

  • Posture & alignment for everyday movement

  • Full-body strength using bodyweight, bands, and light weights

  • Safe lifting, carrying, and functional movement patterns

  • Building confidence in yourself at the gym while safely returning to the activities you love.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Program Length: 6 Weeks - 12 classes

Dates: Feb 9th- Mar 31st ( excluding Family Day - Feb 16th )
Classes: Monday and Friday - 10:45- 11:45 AM
Class Duration: 60 minutes
Group Size: Small groups for individualized support - 8 max
Who It’s For: Moms 7 weeks – 1 year postpartum
Babies: Welcome (or come solo!)
Cost: $360/12 classes + tax 
Location: Rebel Fitness
